PIN and PUK Codes

Hi there,

I have recently switched from Fido to Rogers. Everything's been so far so good.
But I was just wondering where can I get my SIM PIN and PUK from?
Fido shows this information in MyAccount but I couldn't find the similar option in Rogers MyAccount.
Can anyone please advise.

If you can not access your Pin or Puke code from the online self serve, then the only other way to access it would be to call into the call centre and speak to a customer service agent.

You can always visit your local Rogers store to use their phone to contact Customer Care or ask a friend to use their phone.

You can also use a payphone to call rogers customer service for FREE.

but yes I would simply go to the Rogers store and ask for the sim pin, if you entered it incorrect too many times then you need the puk code (Pin UnlocK code)

Hi Jbajwa2021, I can not give you your Puk code, I do not work for Rogers, Im a customer just like you.  Just call them up and ask for the Puk code
