Number porting issue

gegehrmann
I've been around

Ive been trying to port my Bell number over to rogers.

I keep getting a "we have encountered an issue and are working to fix it" please try again. message.

I have tryed chatting and the tech there keeps getting a server issue.

I have tryed calling and talking live to a tech and the say they get the server issue, and that they have never encounted this isue.

I have used the bell account number, the password, and the phones EMEI # - always the same result.

This is very frustrating, as I do not want to give up the old number I have had it for almost 25 years....

Good day @gegehrmann ,

Thanks for posting your concerns via this forum, we hope you like it here. 🙂

I can certainly understand your concerns over wanting to hold on to a number you've had for 25 years... that is a long time! By any chance, have you been in touch with anyone who was able to get this resolved for you? If not, we'd be happy to have a closer look to see how we can help!
