I have lost my phone on 21 august 2024 then i contacted likewize support team but they didn't help me instead they are rejecting my service request. I have been paying them $24.85/ month past one year by trusting them that they will help me in terms of need but they refused they are betraying my trust. Please help me to get my phone back .I am feeling helpless at this time I am an international student I can't survive without a working phone. Its an urgent and heartfelt appeal to please help me regarding this matter.It is becoming so depressing Its been 9 days I have lost my iphone.

Truly sorry to know you've lost your phone. I would recommend you to contact Likewise and request an escalation (Tier 2 support). They would be best equipped to assist you with this request.

They are not escalating me to the tier2 support instead sending me the same mails again that we regret to inform that we cannot provide you claim.
