No service

antoxa
I've been around

On March 16, a technical specialist came to me and installed new equipment.
Everything worked, but on March 19, the Internet disappeared and the modem started flashing orange.
On the same day, a specialist came and fixed everything, the Internet worked.
On March 20, a day later, the Internet disappeared again, the modem started flashing orange again.
On March 21, other specialists came and could not do anything.
I have had no internet since March 20.
On March 21, ticket C186047196 was created. I contacted the support service 15 times. I was told that the problem would be solved in an hour, then in 24 hours, someone said that in 48. All deadlines have already passed. Now they tell me that no one can tell me how long it will take to solve this problem. I am also told by your specialists that the problem may not be solved.
That is, I had the Internet. At the moment, I am being thrown from department to department claiming that this is not their department's responsibility.
I had Internet, but then it disappeared. Issue is being pushed from department to department. It has already happened several times.

Everyone says that they call me and no one calls back. Totally ignored

Greetings @antoxa!

My name is Corey.

I am sorry that you received an ETA that kept changing. I can confirm that an intermittent Internet ticket typically takes 48 hours before you receive the first update, it could take longer than that to actually fix depending upon the root cause. If you're still experiencing ongoing issues with your Internet, we can help.

Feel free to send a private message to @CommunityHelps so we can assist you further. For more information on how our Private Messaging system works, you can find out more here.

Regards,

RogersCorey
