I've been around

I was told if I disconnect the connection within first 30 days I’ll nit be billed and I cancelled the very next day. I still received the bill after having modem shipped back to rogers.

It' sad that you've decided to cancel the Ignite TV services so soon after the install. Are you a brand new customer or do you have other services with Rogers?

 

There is a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee that applies to all Ignite  services for new customers. If you’re not 100% satisfied, we do refund eligible fees if you cancel all of your home services within the first 30 days.
