Netflix and Prime billed through Rogers?

I was wondering if it's true that I can set it up that I can pay my Netflix and Prime tv on my Rogers cell phone bill?

You can have a Netflix account billed through Rogers: https://www.rogers.com/support/mobility/faqs-about-netflix-billing

As far as I know, there is no such arrangement in place for Amazon Prime services.
