Need a Callback from the Ambassador Team

I've been around

I was recently approached by Shireen from ambassador team about an internet offer of 1.5 symmetrical download/upload speed at price X. 

 

Today i have the service installed, but only the download service is 1.5, the upload is 50M only.

 

The win back process needs to be honest. Please have Shireen from Ambassador team to reach back to me as soon as possible.

I completely understand where you're coming from. I always encourage our customers to review the "Account Changes" emails that are sent out to make sure the order includes all the services that were agreed upon. I can definitely forward your feedback to the appropriate team.

I received a call from the ambassador team a month ago but at that time I was not looking at switching back my mobile plan to Rogers. Now I am interested at the offers, I am interested at changing my mobile plan. When I tried to call back, the message was saying all agents busy and that I would get a call back. Since then radio silence.
How can I get in touch with them again?

If you tried calling the Ambassador/Winback number that was floating around some time ago, know that it know longer works. Now all offers/deals appear on Caller ID and come from the main Rogers phone number: 1-888-764-3771. The only way you can try to get a deal is to call this number or speak to someone via Live Chat through your MyRogers account.
