Hello,
There seems to be a issue with the information displayed on the MyRogers page. My payment was received on July 9, 2024, and the Payment History shows this, with a reference number. The webpage showed $0.00 as Total Balance once it was received. And I even got an e-mail and text thanking me for my payment. Then, all of sudden, the next day, the page was showing I still had a balance owing even though my payment was already received and the Payment History and date received is correct, but the Total Balance is not (showing full amount for the month).
I chatted with a Specialist, and they were able to confirm that my balance is $0.00. It's just concerning to see that there is a balance due even though the Payment History shows payment received. Anyone else have this issue?
Could there be an error with the website/app?
Update: About an hour after writing this, and after chatting with a Specialist, the balance is now showing $0.00, which is correct.
