Likewize and Rogers

This is shocking to find right here on the Rogers website, and this has been going on a long time and Rogers supports this? This company is literally selling fake phone insurnace and then saying it isn't their problem when the insurnace company refuses to fix or replace your phone. Rogers, you are responsible. For that reason alone, we are going back to bell, all 3 phone and internet. We have also filed with the CRTC.

Although Rogers offers device protection services through Likewize, they are a completely separate entity with their own terms and conditions. It's super important to familiarize yourself with their service and offerings, as well as their policies, prior to adding the service. 

We always encourage our customers to contact Likewize directly for any questions or concerns with their services, prior to reaching out to Rogers for additional support. If you meet all eligibility requirements and all avenues have been exhausted through Likewize, but you still feel that your issue has not been properly addressed, we can try to assist.
