Hi. There. I have a question. I using a 5g infinite Cnanada-Mexico-US Roaming plan now. And I am in New York now but why can’t connecting mobile network? And I will return to Canada tomorrow. So, I did looking for connection solution on rogers website. And find roaming offer button. And then I gonna touched that button for just check.. But It’s proceeded add-on roaming plan $50/mo for 6 months. I know I should not touched. Could you cancel that add-on? Please.

Do you have roaming enabled in your device settings? Have you tried manually connecting to the AT&T network by disabling the Connect Automatically in your connection settings?
