My mother was account holder with my father and I as authorized users. My mother passed away September/2022 . How to cancel

I am sorry for your loss.
The first thing would be to phone in to Rogers, let them know the Account holder is deceased, they will probably ask you to send in a copy of the Death Certificate, THey may give you an email address or fax number, simply send it in and that should take care of the account.
If anyone here works for Rogers, please feel free to clarify incase I missed to explain anything else.
