I cancelled my Nokia FastMile 5G on February 1st, and the device is confirmed to have been received by Rogers by Feb 17.
I was charged the remaining balance of the model on Feb 15, which I was told that it will be refunded.
I called in multiple times to check in the status of the refund since but was not let known a clear answer.
It is March 17 today. The first support I spoke to told me to wait for up to 6 weeks since the cancellation date. Today marks 6th week. I don't see a refund.
There are many stories online about how Rogers is not clear with the refund procedure.
Could anyone please tell me if this is typical? $300 is not a tremendously big amount but not trivial either.
