I have messed up the return of my Rogers equipment: I had two returns to do, both with Purolator, one for Rogers modem, and the other one completely unrelated (home appliances). And I attached the Rogers shipping label to the wrong boxes. The tracking number now shows the package is "delivered". I can imagine the surprize of the employee opening the "cable modem" box and finding a bathroom sink there...
Is it possible to contact Rogers returns folks to have that package shipped back to me or to another address, whatever the costs? Or would they just throw it out immediately?
