Horrible Service for an 85:year old

I've been here awhile

Warning, if a 85 year old women who has been on a great plan .by mistake picks a wrong plan and is way more expensive. I called on her behalf right away and admitted my mother by mistake No and no on getting bonus data back.

Over 15 years of service between both of you. Well sorry bye bye no help

Leave a 85th year old in tears. I know it's her mistake, but who doesn't time to time in 85 years

.This is the worse customer service .. Basically..mistake + age and admit it..no no no

Reverting a plan change isn't always possible. When a plan is grandfathered, it is removed from the system to be added to anany account and those that have it beyond that point, is because it appled to their account before the plan was removed from the system. Did you speak to anyone higher up than Customer Service to see if they could find a way to offer you something close to the plan that was changed by midtake?
