Highly Unreasonable Wait Times in Store and Over the Phone

I've been around

I was in store at brantford on the 24th November and I waited in line for almost 2hrs then I left.
I am on the phone with CS right now and I have been on hold for 1hr 33mins plus.
I went in store at missisauga after waiting in line for almost 1hr I was attended to and convinced to port my line to rogers with the promise I would get a free Samsung A7 tab.
At the end of the day I was told the tab is finished and they would order but upon calling the store today it's a diffrent story entirely.
I still don't have my tab.
Please what do I do. I honestly think I want to port out of rogers for this dishonesty and theis disregard for people's time

Hi, 
There was an event, around that time, called "Black Friday", which is one of (if not the) busiest time of the year for businesses.
As for your Android tablet, try sending a private message to @CommunityHelps. I think they would be able to assist you.
