How do I access previous bills?

Hello alexisdecastro,

I do not think you can access them if they are not showing up in the self serve portal.  You could try calling customer service and see if they can possibly access them on their end, however I suspect there could be a charge for each bill they retrieve.

Going forward, you can do what someone like me does, is go into the self serve portal every 3-4 months and download your bills to your C:\ Drive even when you do not need them so when you do need them, you do not need to go online, just look on your C:\ drive for them.
