I want to change the billing address but I cannot change it. please help

Thanks so much for posting your concern here in the community! 🙂

 

If you currently have any residential services with us, you would need to speak with one of our Moves Concierge agents directly so they can set up a move request to have your account and services transferred to the new location. Here is the contact information for our Rogers Moves Concierge team:

 

Call Centre:
1-877-696-6839
Sunday - Saturday: 7 am – 12 am ET


Live Chat Service:
https://www.rogershelp.com/customerserv/Bold_landing.php?s=1101
Sunday - Saturday: 7 am – 9 pm ET

 

If it is only wireless services that you have with us, then doing it via self-serve on Rogers.com is the way to go! For this, you would need to login to your online profile and then go to Profile & Settings > Billing Settings > Change Billing Address.
