On July 3rd, I received an email that an Iphone has been added to your plan. The purchase was from Yorkdale Toronto store while I was 50 km away doing groceries. I called the customer care immediately and filed a complaint. They told fraud department will contact me. Its been 7 days, and I still haven’t received any word from any team of rogers. Called them everyday, went to store, no help was provided. Can somebody advice me what options I have here now?
