Switched over from Telus and already feel I have been shafted. Being I recorded my entire conversation with the person I placed my order with, I know how it went down. I was told I was eligible for a free tablet, now have a device balance of 3 times what this useless tablet is worth. I didn't even want the tablet in the first place. Now I get my first bill and I have 2 $60 activation fees!! I feel like I want to go back to Telus already! I want to call and talk to someone but I don't have the who day to wait on hold

If you didn't want the tablet, why didn't you just...decline?
And try to get the issue fixed via text through here: https://www.rogers.com/contact/technical-support/mobility
It's sometimes less of a hassle than waiting on the phone.

If you are within the 14 day buyers remorse period. You can return the tablet. Activation fees, as disgusting as they are, are common across all carriers. Companies love to charge insane fees for literally doing nothing or next to it.
