Extra charges

Hello, I bought MyRogers phone number in December 24, 2023. At the time of buying this, I have been told that I can make international calls unlimited basis. The offer that I choose in my account still shows that it has the long-distance call for unlimited (1000 minutes) use. I haven’t use all of 1000 minutes in this period. While this month I was charged $352 around due to making an call to one specific number to europe . What should I do now?is europe has not be considered in international calling?
