Existing Number Retrieval

Hi

I ported my number from koodo to roger. I also got an additional line on the same day. I was trying to change number of my additional line through rogers app. Unfortunately it changed my existing ported in number which has been lost.

How to recover my existing number. I have all the proof that it was registered in my name. It has already been ported to roger and no more exists with koodo. Please help

Thanks for sharing your dilemma here in the community. I can see how that would be a tough situation to be in. 😞

Do you know if this phone number was originally from Rogers when you first obtained it? Or did it come come from a different carrier? If it was originally a Rogers phone number, we may have a way to retrieve it, as long as it has been less than 60 days.

If it belongs to another carrier, then we will not be able to retrieve it. In this case, you'll need to wait until it ages out (usually after 60 days) and is released back to the original carrier, into their available phone number pool, to see if you can grab it before it is selected by someone else.
