Equipment was returned weeks ago, but I'm still receiving warnings about late returns.

I've been around

I returned Rogers equipment for my Internet and ignite TV in September, but now in October I still haven't received an email confirming my return, and I'm getting emails warning me that late fees will be charged soon. I have tracking information confirming deliveries, so I really like to avoid those fees.
