Congrats on your new device! I just have a few pressing questions for you with reference to your transaction:
Did you happen to connect with Red Wireless regarding the $50 enrollement fee?
If not, I would suggest connecting with them by calling 1-888-819-1007 to do so.
Have you received the 1st or second bill since you last posted that reflects the Set-Up fee being waived?
Do you have access the last 3 months of your bills? We do send out a notification 3 months prior to a rate increase that can be found directly on your bills.
