Enrollment fee / setup fee and price increase

Got an brand new google pixel 8 through red wireless. Purchased through their red wireless website. Charged with 50$ enrollment fee which couldnt see while processing! And offer said you will be charged with setup fee that will ve waived in 1/2nd billing cycle. Hanged with 110$ additinal charges. On top i can see a increase in wifi price by 4$ for which i havent received any notice as well!

Congrats on your new device! I just have a few pressing questions for you with reference to your transaction:

Did you happen to connect with Red Wireless regarding the $50 enrollement fee?

If not, I would suggest connecting with them by calling 1-888-819-1007 to do so.

Have you received the 1st or second bill since you last posted that reflects the Set-Up fee being waived?

Do you have access the last 3 months of your bills? We do send out a notification 3 months prior to a rate increase that can be found directly on your bills.
