Early Return of Upfront Edge Device

I'm here a lot

My Upfront Edge plan term ends in 4 months (April). I have read about the problems people have with returning Upfront Edge devices and getting charged the Upfront Edge amount. I want to return my Upfront Edge device as soon as possible and am prepared to pay the remaining financing balance as soon as the device is returned. How can I get a return kit mailed to me? I do not want to upgrade and going to a Rogers Store has not been successful.

If going to a store is not working. I think a phone call to Roger’s with a confirmation number of the transaction is the best solution. I don’t think you can do it on line without upgrading. Least my experience with the My Roger’s app suggests that
