I set up an address change a few days ago with Rogers using the live agent chat feature on the Rogers website.
When I moved, I discovered that my services did not get sent to my new address. My old address was still listed on my account.
When I called to figure out what happened, the new agent told me the move was never recorded and that I have to do it all over again.
When I expressed my frustration, she suggested it was my fault for setting up the move with the online chat feature instead of calling.
Not wanting to waste another hour of my time during an already busy move, I suggested I should just cancel my service. The agent didn't seem to care about losing my business and offered nothing other than a repeated statement that it was my fault for using the live chat feature.
Goodbye forever, Rogers.
