I sent my phone to Likewise in November and never heard back. They received the phone but have not done anything with it. I emailed them because I can't find a number and keep getting replied with "waiting on warehouse for update". To make it worse received an email from Rogers that "I cancelled the trade in" today.
I didn't cancel stand don't know how to get my phone back or Rogers credit I was to be given for the phone.

If you have submitted a claim with Likewize, you can call them at this number 1-855-877-3887 to get an update or go to the website here to check the status of your request. I hope this information helps.
