Not very happy with latest interaction:
I ordered a Galaxy fold 4 a week ago, I noticed the next day it went to back order status . I contacted an agent and they informed me it would take 2 weeks. I then get an email stating it would be 4 weeks. Sigh ok , but then I get a text message stating if I upgrade my phone and plan I would get up to 250 dollars waived from my phone I return. I currently owe 91 bucks on it, so I contact CS again and she was very nice and helpful but she informed me I would have to cancel everything and basically go to the bottom of the que for the back order. Again no complaints about the agent I spoke too she was very professional and courteous, but seriously Rogers?
