Customer service? Does Rogers know what that means?

I've been around

I know why everyone gets anxiety even thinking about having to contact Rogers. So they make an error not actioning a request. It takes me hours and run around to get it resolved. At every stage got a response that they don’t have a process to communicate to another area. How us this stupid process problem my fault? So now I’m doing their work - by the way they all take like half hour just understanding the issue. I had to interrupt one guy he was silent for 4 minutes so I said can you fix this? He said it’s not my department- he couldn’t tell me that right away??
He transfers me and been on hold for so long I think it went no where.

All I was doing was changing the date of my internet installation.

Still not resolved as this person has dropped my call. Where do all these processes come from? Doesn’t anyone know how to run a business anymore?

My anxiety is so high and I’m so upset. I cant take this anymore. Clearly Rogers does not value my business. This is so disrespectful

I don't know why the agent that you spoke with could not help you.  Perhaps try sending a private message to @CommunityHelps to see if they can get your installation rescheduled.
