Credit Score Affected by Internet Activation

Hello, Rogers,
I installed rogers service, and I got checked hard credit score check. Without getting concern from me. And, my score got down by 10 points. How ca I get back these score.

We perform a credit evaluation whenever a new customer activates an account for the first time. This should have been made clear when we asked for credit references to validate your identity and confirm you're the age of majority.
