Just had "Lavish" of the ontario support team tell me to "sure please do" when mentioning the possibility of switching providers. I do not appreciate this from a support worker that wasn't able to answer a simple question and treated me different then any support worker I have talked to before.
Then tries to pull the "going to drop the chat if you keep talking to me this way" line. I never said one negative thing towards him, I asked one question and he wasn't responding so I said "hello?"

I am sorry for the negative experience here. It is not acceptable for our agents to be telling a customer to switch providers like this.
