Rogers only appreciates big accounts. They do not care about ppl who have been loyal to them for 17 years. It’s ok for the whole company to make a mistake and shut down. But if a customer makes a mistake, an employee makes a mistake to to a client they don’t care. We pay them no matter what. They decided what their forgiveness is towards us when they mess up. How is that right? I am disappointed in a company that I thought I could trust. I don’t think you can anymore. It is unfortunate.

Rogers definitely is the worst internet provider. They play lots of tricks specially with the contracts that they sign you up for it without your consent and then you become liable for the contract if you try to exit. It is part of their strategy to take your money, and it appears that they train their staff for it. if you want to exit a plan and they transfer your call to a customer care specialist or manager, be careful, the specialist is the guy who will play all the games around the discount and end up signing you for a 2 year contract without your consent. Then, if you decide to exit the plan, they will tell you that we sent you the contract by email and you had the time to reject it. This is sneaky cheap way of making money from your customers. I end up paying around $400 of penalties for exiting a contract, but I also know that I could fight it and win, but I am really tired of Rogers and paid the money because I want to exit, it is one way exit and will never return.

Link works fine for me. Check out the following tips if a website gives you issues: It's usually an extension like adblocker, or popup blocker or something else you've done to customize your browser.
