I wnent to bank they told i have $7000 credit balance but on my rogers app ther is no any balance due i paid time to time not i talked to rogers by online chat they said there is 2 account with same id with billing address i am calling to validation team i can not teach now whats i should do

I realize $7000 is quite a significant amount and a credit/charge in the same amount would cause a lot of concern. When you were advised to contact the Verification team, were you provided with the contact information?
Have you been in touch with our customer service team since you last posted here?
