Credit on a Closed Account

We are moving and had to close our account we have a credit now and will how do I get that refund

There is usually a final bill after closing annaccount. If the account was closed really close to the next billing cycle, then you might receive another bill before the final bill. Any credit balances on a closed account should generate a cheque to be sent to the address that the account was at after 6 to 8 weeks.
