The website clearly states we supply courtesy phones while yours is being repaired. But when you talk to any Rogers store or worker they say they don't do loaners or courtesy phones. So ppl are expected to buy a new phone or go completely without while I wait for my phone to be fixed....and why do we pay so much for this service?

As a Customer, I cant answer that for you, however I can tell you from my personal experience when my wife broke her phone, we had an old phone kicking around. chances are someone has an old phone kicking around, a friend, a family member, a co-worker, if you kindly borrow it for the duration of your repair, you can still have a phone to use which aint so bad, yes you wont have your pictures or videos but are you really concerned about those when your phone is in repair? try that first, or if worst case senario, call rogers head office and find out which store near you is a corporate store, maybe only corp stores have loner phones not the authorized reseller stores?

I am in the same boat. I have been without a phone for 3 weeks while it is being repaired at a Samsung facility and it is really affecting my work and life. I cannot believe there are not loaner phones for customers. I am super frustrated 😞
