I am a Roger’s customer and I have had my device insured with likewize protection. I claimed from my broken device and followed the procedure as described by likewize protection. I received a new device and returned my previous one. However, they charged me 310 CAD as a non-returned fee after a month. When I called the helpline they said they have received the device but some documentation was not updated so I got charged. This is pathetic service they are just raising the escalation tickets and not updating me on my refund status. It is ridiculous, it’s a scam how can they charge anyone on their credit card. I need my refund asap. I expect Roger’s to help me out in this case.
