Changing phone providers

Hello,
I have returned my phone after my 2 years edge financing terms were finished and I want to leave Roger’s. Can I request the change after I get the email from Roger’s that they have received my phone in their warehouse? I really don’t want to have to pay fines over a phone that I don’t like and own at the moment. Thank you for the help!

Receiving versus waiting for them to confirm it was returned after being inventoried and inspected are very different. Personally, I would wait until they have confirmed the device has been returned, inspected, and meets all of the criteria of the return before porting out.
