We are trying to upgrade the two phones on our account. We spoke to customer service today and, in order to have the $60 connection fee waived, it was recommended we upgrade online. We mentioned that we were having difficulty doing this ourselves. She said just try it and if there is any issue to call back. So, we tried again to upgrade both phones but it appears it will only allow a phone upgrade on the main number but not the second number. We can change the data & calling plan for both. Would like to avoid calling back and being on hold as well as having to wait in line at our local Rogers store.

It is handy to upgrade your phones online, plus you save on the setup fee as well. Are you trying to do the upgrade on both the lines at the same time i.e. in the same transaction? Are you getting prompts to change the price plan? Do you get an error message for the second line or the option to upgrade isn't available at all?
We'd have a better understanding of what may be causing an issue once we have access to your account. Please let us know if you still require assistance with the two upgrades.
