I tried to Rogers another chance, but there service continues to worsen. I cancelled my services well before the 30 day mark (within 14 days), and shortly after cancelling, I began recieving notices that I owed $58.00. I attempted to resolve this 3 times, with 3 different individuals, and not one of them stood by there word that it was fixed. I continued to receive notices, I could only ignore them at this point, I had proof of all 3 attempts and proof of cancellation, so I wasn’t worried to ignore. Then it happened, Rogers sent me to collections (National Credit Recovery) for $58.00. This corporation clearly doesn’t care about its clients, to negatively impact my credit goes against me and my family as I work in the financial industry and I’m required to maintain a great credit rating and I take it seriously. I got the Office of the President involved, and I’ve not heard back from them. I merely need to ensure this was reversed off my credit history, I even have an email from them admitting there fault, but will not even follow up to confirm this has been resolved. I will now seek third party advice and charge all fees cost of doing so back to Rogers. Having to deal with $58 for more then a year, it’s pathetic, clearly Roger’s is hurting financially, maybe I’ll just pay the $58 bucks. Just a terrible experience, like always and everything Roger’s!

Hello, @Jacob_thompson.
Thank you for joining our Community and sharing your recent experience with us.
I understand you cancelled your service; however, since the service is billed in advance, you'll get billed for the month. A final bill is generated after the account has been cancelled and the equipment returned. I'm sorry for all the trouble.
Have you heard back from the Office of the President since you posted here? We can follow up and expedite it for you. Please send @CommunityHelps a private message. We detailed more info about our private messaging in this blog.
Regards,
RogersMoin
