Rogers agent who walked in promised better pricing than Bell and the 1st bill seemed off. Never even activated the modem. Rogers called saying that the equipment is not in use, do you want to return it. For that I said yes and shipped back the equipment. Never mentioned about cancellation fee and was ripped off by around $500. Even sent to collections and reported to credit agency. Takes hours together to get hold of a customer service agent who could provide a proper response on these cancellations charges when the equipment was not even activated and service was never used.
May be Rogers is living off by these fraudulent charges instead of better serving the customers.
Will always be a Bell customer than going back to fraudulent Rogers. Hope everyone move away from Rogers.

Welcome to our Community, and thank you for your post!
It's disheartening to hear about your negative experience; this is not the level of service we strive to provide. I understand the importance of clear and transparent communication, especially regarding billing and equipment returns.
It seems you were charged an early cancellation fee for terminating your service agreement before the end of the term. You can connect with our credit operations to discuss your concern:
We sincerely hope to have the opportunity to restore your confidence in us.
