After 15 years rogers as cancelled my account because there sim as people can’t seem to get mail a SIM card by Canada post after months of trying and SIM cards being returned to them and no one saying a word to me after calling over and over all they keep doing I
sending a new sim the same way and now after they got the 3 one back they cancelled everything with me holding the bill for a phone I can’t pay. And yes I told them every time to send to P.O. Box but they sent it by other ways

Thank you for posting your concerns in the community. I'm really sorry to hear about the difficulties you've been experiencing with getting a SIM card delivered, successfully. It is definitely odd that the delivery keeps getting returned by Canada Post. Have you experienced any other issues with receiving mail to that particular P.O box in the past?
Have you considered visiting a Rogers store to purchase a new SIM card and then having us adjust the charges for you? It should only cost about $10 to do so.
