Option to Change Flex Channels Unavailable in MyRogers

I've been around

In MyRogers account I don't have the option to change my flex channels. Has this been removed? Antone know why this wouldn't be there? I cannot add theme packs or nothing.

I just checked MyRogers using the web browser on my computer and the option to exchange Flex Channels is still there.  Log into MyRogers and then, under "Usage & Services", select TV.  You should see a "Exchange Flex Channels" button.  Sometimes it can take SEVERAL seconds for this page to fully load.

 

With the MyRogers app, log in and select TV from the Services dropdown at the top of the screen.  You should see an "Exchange Flex Channels" button on the TV service management screen.

 

If you have any problems with any of the Rogers web sites, it may help to clear cookies, cache and site data in your web browser, trying with a different web browser, or accessing the service using a Private or Guest window.
