I've been around

I talked to an agent to adjust my plan. Basically to get a better price since I’ve been with Rogers for awhile. She said a price to me and agreed on it but when I received an email confirmation from Rogers, that’s not the amount I am expecting. According to the agent that I talked today, she didn’t see any logs on my account for my previous request. Rogers should check the agents to make sure everything that the agents tell the customers should be logged. I am very disappointed. Might change my internet and wireless soon.
