Being charged for a line never approved or used

I've been around

It is impossible to reach Rogers customer care ( looks like by design) . Even you do you get circular answers even from live agents . I have been struggling to resolve an issue where I am being charged of a line I have never used . I was assured my issue has been escalated to President of roger's office and will receive a call back ........10 days no answer .

Usage doesn't matter. If you signed up for a line, the number for that line is essentially the service. Even if you don't make or receive any calls or texts on it and don't use any data. That line and its plan is still provisioned for you.
