It is impossible to reach Rogers customer care ( looks like by design) . Even you do you get circular answers even from live agents . I have been struggling to resolve an issue where I am being charged of a line I have never used . I was assured my issue has been escalated to President of roger's office and will receive a call back ........10 days no answer .
