I woukd never go to rogers .. so bad service i called rogers to return my phone on bring it back plan they said i have 60 days but after 3 days from the return date i went to rogers they didnt take my phone back they said to buy back ... still i have 57 days as per the customer service represnative ... i would never ever ho back to them they are scammers

It's disappointing to learn that you're not enjoying the service. We will try to assist you as best as we can. In order to do so I have a few questions:
1) Based on the limited info you've shared, I assume you're not happy with the wireless service. May you please elaborate on the issue you had with the service?
2) Did you get a chance to speak to our tech support for the service issues?
3) Are you enrolled in our Save & Return program?
4) Was this phone for a newly activated line or part of a hardware upgrade?
Just need a bit more info to assist you further!
