How can I add an authorised user to my rogers mobile account ?

Here is how you do it:

call customer service

once on the phone, tell them exactly what you wish to do

once they acknowledge, your done, that's it, easy as pie, apple pie

I'm traveling abroad and I can't make call to customer service as of now.
What is other way to do it.

you can do it when you come back from your travels

you can also try to request it via chat, but whats the rush? just do it when you get back?
