I am trying to cancel my Rogers service as I have switched to a competitor. Would there be a way I could cancel my service without waiting on hold for days?
After having my bill increase by over 50% on my last bill (expiry of a prior agreement) and waiting on hold for a ridiculous amount of time I am deeply unsatisfied with my service. I have also sold my Rogers stock holdings - this company is going down the tubes.
I have switched to manual payments in the mean time. I understand that it close to the holidays, but after waiting for multiple hours on several different days, I am still unable to get a hold of a human being. Unbelievable.
