I used to get an email thanking me for my bill payment and havent been getting them lately. When I log in it shows the bill has been payed. Its not a big deal, but it was nice to get the confirmation of payment recieved.
Update to my previous post.I have also just recieved a "bill payment confirmation thank you" email after not getting any for 3 months.Thanks to RogersCorey for looking into this matter.

Day 6 after restored service and still having problems with ignite tv freezing, no sound, sometimes no picture. Have tried rebooting modem and tv pods several times.
