Why is this function never working?! I am trying to configure my Privacy Settings and all I get is: "This page cannot be found - 404 Error" Seriously? Doesn't ANYONE at Rogers check this daily?

I have been using PIA with Rogers Ignite with no issues at all. Also, I didn't have any issues with PIA on Rogers internet before I upgraded to Ignite Internet/TV/Home Phone. I hope this helps!
