After shaw got bought out by rogers I got an email saying that nothing will change other than bill coming out of rogers instead of shaw. Then I get double billed for my last month of my contract. From both shaw and rogers. I had automatic bill payment that ended up paying for shaw so I contacted rogers chat for my situation, then hours passes by and nothing happens other than getting my chat transcript. Now im getting calls from collectors saying I owe them money. Do I bother dealing with these guys or do I make my life easier and contact ccts?
