since this "merger" my internet has become very poor, 30 sec - 2 min service cutouts every 20 -> 30 min. its not a hardware issue in my home.. its a Rogers/Shaw infrastructure issue. Why am i paying these prices for this quality service.

While I understand how important uninterrupted service is, if you have Shaw Internet we are unable to offer you assistance with your account. It would be best if you either post in the Internet Discussions in the Shaw Community or reach out to the support team.
